Dock
We have a floating dock.  Ross likes boats and much to the dismay of Carla we have a number of boats.  A sailing sloop & tender, a speed boat (Carla's), a skiff with outboard for fishing and a classic Whitehall row boat.

Just FYI, there is still, and always will be, plenty of room on a dock for more boats!
